Invitation

Palmyra, Maine
October 27, 2019

To those gathered unto the name of Jesus Christ elsewhere:

Dear brethren,
“I long to see you . . . that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me” (Romans 1:11-12). “When the brethren heard of us, they came to meet us . . . whom, when Paul saw, he thanked God, and took courage” (Acts 28:15). These scriptures show that the apostle Paul desired the company of his brethren for mutual benefit, and so do we, and we trust all saints do. It is with that desire that we invite our brethren to Maine for special meetings December 27-29 should the Lord leave us here still through that time. Lord willing and with His help and guidance, meetings would begin with prayer at the Palmyra meeting room at 7:00 pm Friday, December 27. A light supper and other refreshments will be provided following the prayer meeting. Subsequent meetings, as well as lunch and dinner on Saturday and the Lord’s Day, would take place at Jeff’s Catering in Brewer, Maine. Accommodations will be provided at the Ramada Inn in Bangor as in past years. A full breakfast buffet is provided by the motel. A brunch is
planned at our meeting room on Monday morning following the conference.

For registration, contact information, restrictions on attendance, and other requests please see the attached page [Note, details of this attached page are included on the registration page].

We earnestly look forward to having you with us for these meetings if by that time the Lord has not yet descended to the cloud to call us up to be with Himself forever (1 Thes. 4:16-17).

On behalf of those gathered together unto the blessed name of our Lord Jesus Christ at Palmyra,
